GUEST:Gommaar studied Sport Sciences and Biology at the University of Leuven in Belgium. After his studies he went the academic route via a PhD and postdoc to deeply study how nutrients and exercise regulate muscle growth. Fascinated by the broad field of sport science, he founded wod_science, a science communication platform aiming to bring evidence-based information to the masses.
