Description

Kris is a Sports Performance Coach and Performance consultant based in North Carolina in the USA where he works at Wake Forest University with both the Men’s and Women’s tennis programs in addition to working in an online capacity with national and international athletes. His journey in the field has included working in both the U.K. and US where he was a coach and Lecturer in Strength and conditioning at the University of Bath. Kris’ background started playing rugby and tennis which he still plays today.
