Aujourd’hui, nous irons chercher à la lumière des neurosciences où les athlètes puisent leur mental de champion ! Nous étudierons 4 aspects :
Comment les sportifs arrivent-ils à performer autant et à maintenir une volonté de fer ?
Comment supportent-ils beaucoup plus facilement la douleur ?
Comment prennent-ils les bonnes décisions ?
Comment arrivent-ils à résister à la pression et à performer le jour J ?
Bien sûr, ce ne sont que 4 éléments parmi des dizaines qui viennent expliquer la grandeur d’un sportif ! Mais pour faire une analyse complète du mental et de la performance d’un grand sportif, il faudrait ajouter un très grand pan psychologique et social qui prendrait un épisode de plusieurs heures. Donc concentrons nous ici ce qui a attrait au cerveau des sportifs.
