Liquide is the new gourmet hotspot in Les Halles de Paris, opened in the former location of Racines 2 by Mathias Marc, a brilliant chef from the Jura, and the media-hyped restaurateur Stéphane Manigold. They entrusted the decor to architect and designer Michel Amar, with the task of creating a place you feel free to move about and make the world a better place among friends, in a musical atmosphere with a strong ambient, rock and electro register… A location with a festive bent, focused on the bottle as the name suggests, with a hundred or so nice picks for an honest price that give pride of place to wines from eastern France, Alsace and the Jura, and cocktails too. Nothing that takes away from the gourmet quality of the house, with the kitchen entrusted to the highly skilled chef Jarvis Scott.
