ince March 6, the BHV Marais has been hosting a 60 m2 Vitra pop-up show featuring the iconic Eames Plastic Chair. It offers the opportunity for the customer to compose his own chair on the spot among 100,000 possible combinations. “The customer is now looking for a product but above all a unique experience. Personalization and customization are major levers of differentiation, they allow for the creation of a ‘personal’ style, a product that reflects a personal image,” explains department store manager Amandine de Souza.
