She attests her life’s happiness to her unwavering faith in God. “For myself, spiritual exploration is about the personal search for meaning rather than adhering to the dogma of a specific religion. I seek to connect with the sacred in my own way;
through prayers, experiences in nature, meditation, yoga, poetry, music, etc. Spirituality, rather than religion, focuses more on the cultivation of inner peace, purpose, connection, gratitude and living consciously. God is love and God is within me.”
