Poetry is her form a therapy. When she is feeling deeply and needs a release without talking, it has been her saving grace.
She often likes to drive to the beach and listen to the waves crash to get inspired.
She finds a lot of beauty in moments that some might not think are beautiful and she finds comfort in revisiting moments she would normally push down.
