She is the author of the Nameless trilogy (YA fantasy, Month9Books) and co-founder of Teen Author Boot Camp, a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting teen literacy and authorship.
She divides her free time between reading, writing music for piano and guitar, taking spontaneous trips, researching random events from the past, and fostering her adrenaline junkie addictions (mountain biking, trail run-ning, competitive backyard soccer ☺, hockey, snow and water skiing, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, (and really anything else that helps her forget she turned thirty-something this year.) She is the mother of three awesome kids and is married to the most supportive man on the planet.
Notable items yet to be checked off her bucket list are 1) being called "lass" in an Irish pub, 2) dancing with a man in breeches, and 3) watching an episode of Seinfeld without cracking up.
