Together they are the authors of three previous cookooks (The Beekman 1802 Heirloom Cookbook, The Beekman 1802 Heirloom Dessert Cookbook, and The Beekman 1802 Heirloom Vegetable Cookbook) and publish Beekman 1802 Almanac, a quarterly magazine.
