Archbishop Ronald J. Lay, C. Ph. D., D.D., was born in Franklin, Indiana, on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 1947. Currently, he is living in St. Cloud, Florida. He comes from a Christian home and family. Many of these values are reflected in his writings. Having an artistic background, he is an international medalist winner in painting, an ordained priest, an "Archbishop," a member of the Academy of American Poets, as well as a member of the Faith and Philosophy Society. He was also listed in "Who's Who in America, 2014." His graduate education includes Antioch University, the University of Central Florida, and the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ Seminary. Dr. Lay later served as a professor of worship studies at this seminary.He received the Doctor of Divinity and the Jerusalem Cross medal for artwork done for this church.R.J. Lay began writing about two years ago and discovered poetry to be a new and exciting form of expression.
