Two of those years, he served as an Education Specialist in the Strategic Air Command. Mr. Gayden served various retail corporations as Corporate Trainer, District, Area and Regional Loss Prevention and Safety Managers for 23 years. Two of those years, he served as a State Unarmed Security Trainer for the State of Oregon. He has dedicated the last 12 years to research in the development of a program designed to change the paradigms and re-direct the paths in which many of today's youth are traveling, with special emphasis on boys and young men.voir moins
