He is a graduate of the College and Law Center of Georgetown University, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Over the course of twenty five years he has been involved in the trial of some thirty aviation tort lawsuits involving the United States, as well as pre-trial discovery in some eighty-five lawsuits that were dismissed or settled before trial.
