Jim Evans was born in Rocky Grove, PA, and lived in the village of Galloway for much of his life. He holds degrees from Clarion State, Kent State and Peabody-Vanderbilt Universities. He was employed for several years in the region of his birth as a high school teacher, and clinical psychologist before leaving the area and moving to South Carolina. For thirty years he was a faculty member in the Department of Psychology of the University of S. C. After retirement he co-founded the Sterlingworth Center, a mental health facility in Greenville, S. C., where he continues to maintain a part-time practice. He is co-author, editor or co-editor of several books on neuropsychology-related topics.voir moins
