Forgive yourself. The longer you spend in love it will make those undesirable feelings - more obviously - a place you don't want to be. It's not helping you or anyone, in your life. So please, help yourself and others. Make this world a better place. Make it daily practice in your life. Apply love on every thought, action and reaction.
