C. Lancelot Rowley is from the Twin-Island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. He was born and grew up in the eastern section of the capital city of Port-of-Spain.

Rowley, who is an avid reader, started writing poetry in 2002 when he lived in New York.
In 2008, his poem “The Way” received the Editor’s Choice Award in a national competition.
Since then, he has adopted a more serious approach to what was just a hobby, and, in the interim, has written more than 130 poems, over 300 maxims or proverbial sayings, song lyrics, and verses for greeting cards.
This volume consists of 37 poems, specially selected by the author, to showcase the range of topics that has fallen under his pen.
Mr. Rowley is currently back home in Trinidad.voir moins
