Melissa received her undergraduate degree from Otterbein University in Public Relations and Business and received her Masters of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Medill School
of Journalism at Northwestern University. She
currently serves on the Board of Directors for The SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) Foundation and the Board of Trustees for Otterbein University. She is married to her purpose and business partner, William A. Simkins.voir moins
