US-trained in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Chor Hoong has devoted herself to assisting industry in their quest for Quality supremacy, over the past 2 decades.
Married with 3 lovely children, she loves life and lives life richly.
Outside of the training room and corporate meeting rooms, you can find Chor Hoong on a tennis court or on the dance floor!
Writing is yet another of her passions. A bilingual writer, she has published 3 books in 2 languages.
