For the Signet Classics Editions, he has written introductions or afterwords to the three-volumes of Dante’s Divine Comedy, John Milton’s Paradise Lost, and Henry Wadsworth Longfellow’s Evangeline.
He has also contributed to the American National Biography, American Writers Before 1800, and The Encyclopedia of New Jersey. He is a regular contributor as well to the St. Petersburg Times. He and his wife Roberta live in Dade City, Florida.voir moins
