At the initiation of 21st century, VIP Clothing Ltd (formerly known as Maxwell Industries Ltd), a VIP Group Company, in innerwear manufacturing witnessed introduction of enthusiastic, young and dynamic leadership in the Board Of Directors. Mr. Kapil Jaykumar Pathare at a tender age of 21 engraved his name in the Company and impressed the whole with his situational leadership style, spot decision making abilities and as an effective communicator of management decisions.
With his enthusiasm and customer oriented global vision, Kapil has made a great difference in its manufacturing and marketing traditions and styles. He possesses an absolute clear vision armed with the right attitude and fundamental understanding. He believes that the success of business personnel depends on the right understanding of human resources, their approaches, skills and values of those who work in the organization.
Kapil pursued his Masters in Business Administration after his graduation in Commerce, and has equipped himself of being a professional entrepreneur. He is also in-charge of the other business owned by the family like Jet Klean Laundry, Shogun Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Pako Hindustan.
He also heads Maxwell Entertainment Pvt Ltd., a strategic tie-up with event companies for organising various cultural, film, and biking events. His passion for riding bikes brings him satisfaction in life. Kapil is a true cricket lover and loves watching the game at stadiums, and even travels to different parts of world to do so.
The first book Cricket to Corporate published by PartridgeIndia and launched by The Cricketing Legend Mr. Kiran More. says about being a performer to a thinker and a Leader, one gets a chance to do role playing and learn the basic of strategy simply by playing Cricket.
