I am passionate about Mind power and spirituality. I have been practicing Spiritual Meditation and Spirituality for more than 12 years now.
Through meditation, I found the strength to never give up! I’ve also had plenty of help from other sources of spiritual empowerment, it was not meditation alone that saved my Life.
Meditation has the power to change the quality of your life and the quality of the relationship you have with yourself. If I never knew that there was such a thing as meditation, I honestly have no idea what kind of a person I would be. In fact, I don’t want to even think about it. Meditation has played a great role in my self-development. I’m now very conscious of what I choose to believe in, my mindset and very aware of the image I portray to the the world.
Meditation has also helped me discover myself. I struggled with depression on several occasions in my Life due to heartbreaking and great disappoints but through the power of meditation, I managed to overcome the depression. Meditation has also helped me unlock a higher level of Creativity and Mind Power.
The best part of it all… Meditation has helped me connect deeply with UMfihlakalo(The Divine higher Powers) and my Ancestors, I hear messages from them crystal clearly and developed the proper energy I needed to connect with them, actually, several things have helped me connect, and meditation is definitely one of them.
Meditation can help with many of the problems we face in society. Drug abuse, depression, anger, violence. Meditation has the power to resolves all of these issues.
They may have not told you this at school but I’m telling you now! I believe that if enough people can start practicing meditation, on a daily basis, it will have a profound impact on the whole of society. There’s nothing that stops you from engaging in the practice of meditation and experiencing all the benefits for yourself.
The day you begin doing meditation is the day your Life will change forever…
