Through training with Dr. and Mrs. Brian Weiss they learned the art of regression therapy at the Omega Institute and use meditation along, with hypnosis to help others grow and explore their own past lives.
Their first book, The Gift of Past Lives with Mother, Isabella, God & Elizabeth takes the reader through twenty-one of their past lives together. The Five Simple Rules are outlined in detail. These rules help the reader evaluate their past and current lives thus releasing them from the chains that bind them.
