His legal articles have been published in newspapers and magazines across Australia. Tim has gained a reputation as a 'contract killer' through his many and varied 'rescues' of real estate consumers, and also as 'the prince of real estate darkness' following several wins for clients facing agents' commission claims. He has lectured on Justices of the Peace, Welfare, Commercial and Real Estate Law at TAFE colleges, Queensland Institute of Technology and the
