My health and fitness club has many members including medical professionals. We exercise and organise seminars, forums and conferences for our members to educate them on health issues. Our aim is to ensure longevity and good health for our members so as to avoid or prevent sicknesses, diseases as well as complicated medical conditions affecting them. We communicate as well as interact with members constantly on their health-related problems. Apart from sound health advice, we distribute articles, videos, e-books and other health materials freely to them.
