(Herschend Family Entertainment owns properties such as Stone Mountain Park in Georgia, Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri and Dollywood in Tennessee.)She is the creator and founder of Herschend Family Entertainment’s corporate training center, Legendary University...an internal marketing and leadership training retreat.Terri has most recently launched PHC University, the corporate training center for Phoenix Home Care and Hospice – Missouri, Colorado, Kansas, and Illinois. This leadership training academy prepares leaders of the organization to achieve high performance.Terri is an understudy of the renowned author and coach, Dr. James Belasco, most noted for his best-selling leadership guide, "Flight of the Buffalo." Terri brings the foundational principles and tools taught in “Flight of the Buffalo” to many of her clients.Terri is best known as “Mom” to two young men and “Wife” to Les Wiest.
