A fan of both town and country, she grew up in semi-rural blue collar Riverhead and attended Massey High School, where classmates once deemed her most likely to become an old cat lady, writing Barbara Cartland-esque novels in a fur-covered conservatory. Thankfully this has not transpired, and Roz divides her time between the gym, netball, wines at her local, and Netflix.Faithful ponies, ankle-slashing cats, battle-axe budgies and a sweet mutt called Spot were constant companions during the high school years. University and a science degree majoring in Biodiversity Management came much later, when Roz decided she would like to save whales and orangutans, but the reality was much harder than originally thought, so Roz donates regularly to several animal charities instead.Once a prolific creative writer, these days Roz has a very sensible day job and time for writing is in short supply, unless readers are keen to explore Roz's writing further, in which case, please contact her with feedback. End of Summer is her first published novel.voir moins
