ASHLEY has been in the nutrition field for several years and has now begun sharing her knowledge and educating people around the world about living a healthy lifestyle.
However, there is this huge misconception that in order to be healthy, food must be boring, bland and tasteless. What nonsense! I'm here to change that.
Ever since I discovered the healthy foods I enjoyed delicious, mouth-watering meals, that taste and smell absolutely amazing, while still pick a book that you like and start your journey to healthy and exciting life pounds, looking great, feeling energized and more focused than ever.
ASHLEY provides daily action plans and fantastic advice on how to lose weight, burning fat in those hard to lose areas, better-eating habits, morning rituals that lead to a healthy body, and so much more.
