John holds a PhD in human services with a specialization in counseling studies. A passionate qualitative researcher, John designed and implemented creative strategies based on studies of stigma as interventions for people facing anxiety from low self-esteem. He also conducts training in group therapy settings for persons with developmental disabilities. John believes in interdisciplinary collaboration in service provision and has presented a paper on the subject. Dr. Attram was born in Ghana and is married with four sons and a daughter.
