We ma...voir plusAs a young mother I always found it difficult to get my children to eat fruit and vegetables in any great quantity, until I stumbled on an idea of giving them names which they could identify. We made it a kind of game which eventually got them to eat vegetables instead of leaving them on the plate; because of course the vegetables would be so sad if they were left.
As in my grandchildren the same has happened and it is always a talking point at the dinner table. I would recommend any mother giving this a try if their children are not good fruit and vegetable eaters.voir moins
