He is admitted to practice in California, Missouri, and Washington D.C., as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Federal District Courts. Mr. Mills has been a past member of the Board of Directors of the Southern California Defense Counsel, a past member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and a past Master in the American Inns of Court. He has also served as a court sponsored settlement officer. His practice field has ranged from product liability to medical defense to general liability cases. He has provided a defense to a wide and diverse clientele ranging from the construction managers of the Los Angeles Metro Rail Red Line, to E-Coli meat suppliers, to defense of trademark infringement actions brought by the New Kids on the Block singing group. Mr. Mills has been a guest lecturer, as well as appearing on the Sally Jessie Raphael show and NBCs Trial Watch. He is a member of PGA West Golf Club, the Jonathan Club, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.voir moins
