I feel that there is a w...voir plusI wrote this affirmation book because of the past mental health issues that I have had in the past,specifically dealing with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder/anxiety disorder. I feel that there is a wide range of experiences a human being can go through and that mine is just a small speck of an experience. Also I grew up in a family environment reading affirmations.I grew up with many challenges and I was inspired to write this book in the hopes that these kind words of affirmations can assist others going through their challenges. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina and I am 23 years old. I enjoy volunteering several days a week at an Adult Care Center with Alzheimer's and memory impaired persons. I also enjoy reading, walking and movies.voir moins
