Armed with the knowledge that she is a Spirit being having a human experience, she is committed to sharing her understanding of the power of the feminine, the wonder of returning to authenticity, the heroine’s journey and the possibility of living a conscious, mindful life.Besides writing and teaching, she enjoys organic gardening, creative cooking, being in nature, motorcycling, and participating fully in life.
