I have a PhD and master's degree in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California. I worked as a research mathematician, principal investigator, and basic science program manager at the US Air Force Research Laboratory for over 6 years. In that time, I published several journal and conference proceedings articles, mentored 3 dissertation and theses students, and developed several state-of-the-art radar-inspired software and hardware technologies. Although I'm still an active scientific researcher, currently working on academic publications and next-gen radar technology development, I happily traded in my 9-to-5 gig to become a freelancer.I currently make a living by writing math, technology, and computer science curriculum but I also write middle grade and young adult fiction for fun. I mainly focus on science-fiction romances but have recently added dark mysteries. "Rebirth" is my debut novel. What began as a therapeutic exercise after a failed adoption, "Rebirth" grew into a vast universe of characters who discover the mysteries of life, death, and redemption. I'm fervently working on my sophomore effort, "Resonance," which continues where "Rebirth" left off since my readers are curious about happens next!voir moins
