Randall earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management and Communications from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. He eventually completed a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on financial management and budgeting from the University of Oklahoma in Norman Oklahoma. He has worked as a budget analyst for a large state governmental agency, president of a credit repair company, mortgage loan consultant for large national banks, and as an investment advisor and financial planner for a fortune 500 company before starting his own investment-consulting firm in Boise Idaho.voir moins
