My name is Tony Simoneli and I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology and I've been nationally certified as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medic...voir plusMy name is Tony Simoneli and I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology and I've been nationally certified as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for almost 15-years. This includes additional certifications in Optimal Performance Training with NASM, and Nutrition from Apex Fitness.Over the years I've taught multiple workshops, and classes on fitness, as well as designed, and operated a fitness program for children, that I called C.O.R.E. 4Kids. I've also helped both gym and studio owners plan their floor layouts, and provide recommendations for equipment based on their particular needs. I'm currently the Fitness Director for the Toadal Fitness clubs in Santa Cruz.voir moins
