Elizabeth Postma is a single mother of three and lives in Deatsville, Al with two of her children. Her first expereince with poetry was in the second grade with "Where the Sidewalk...voir plusElizabeth Postma is a single mother of three and lives in Deatsville, Al with two of her children. Her first expereince with poetry was in the second grade with "Where the Sidewalk Ends" and remains her favorite childhood book. She wrote her first poem "Young Love" in 2004 about her first love. She started writing regularly as a type of therapy in 2006. All of her poetry is published in "Screams of the Heart" and just keep getting better the further into the book you read. She continues to write on a regular basis and hopes to publish another book as soon as she can. Her readers quote "I love it" and "It's what so many people are going through".
