The image of the author appearing as a WW2 GI is to celebrate the publication of his debut novel, The Outsider, which is set against the backdrop of the Battle of the Bulge, the largest battle fought by the US Army during WW2.
The author graduated from Glasgow University with an Engineering degree, and then served in the Royal Air Force on a 6-year short-service commission. On leaving, he studied as a post-graduate at Oxford University. In the following years he ran a number of his own businesses before writing his first best-seller in the mid 1980s which led to a career in writing.
Peter has lived in India, Barbados and Scotland. These days he lives with his wife and family in the beautiful county of Herefordshire in England.voir moins
