His nonfiction books include Kinkorama and Sex Parties 101, and his anthology Homosex: Sixty Years of Gay Erotica won the Lambda Literary Award. He also edited Leatherman, and co-edited Rough Stuff and Roughed Up. His work has appeared in well over 300 anthologies, including eighteen editions of the Best Gay Erotica series and several editions of The Best American Erotica.
