Kenneth Goolsby was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Computer Science in 2005. He earned ...voir plusKenneth Goolsby was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Computer Science in 2005. He earned an MBA from The University of Findlay in 2007. He then transferred south to Houston, Texas. There he attended Texas A&M University and earned a second Masters degree in Petroleum Engineering.
It was Houston where he researched everything he could get his hands on, and listened to those he trusted that were willing to share what worked for them. Putting all of the pieces together and in the right perspective, he finally figured out what it takes to not only lose the weight but keep it off. He is not a personal trainer, a dietician, or a nutritionist. But, he is like most people, someone who has struggled with his weight, and has tried diets, and workout programs only to be disappointed again, and again, with little to no clear direction in sight.
He has always had passion when it comes to living healthy and managing his weight. However, he finally developed the knowledge to lose the weight he was trying to lose for over a decade. His ability to keep it off to this day has given him the confidence in his sustainable strategy. Now he is sharing those facts, sound principles, and tips to help you better manage your weight in the book, Physique Freedom.
