I am currently working on a novel. I have been writing poetry since I was a child and therefore It seemed practical to compile a book filled with what my heart desires most, to share the love of God with his creation. I am from Galesburg, IL; home of Carl Sandburg and I believe that his work has inspired a passion inside of me for poetry. Though our styles of writing are different our love for expressing our attitudes and feelings with words is obviously the same.
Growing up an orphan has made constructing a stable life difficult. I put myself through many hardships by believing the lie that I'd never amount to much. I want to let the readers know that even in the most difficult of situations, Jesus Christ has never left or forsaken me. I can dare to dream again and so can you. Enjoy reading A Dream and a Prayer (One Mans Journey) and if life gets to tough....never give up...pray about it...God is faithful!voir moins
