She was always passionate about writing, especially writing for youngsters. Along with a degree in Computer Sciences, she earned a diploma in writing for Children’s magazines from the institute of children’s literature in Connecticut.
Author of "A Little odd", Sabeh tackles in this book the story of a teen-age girl and her painful journey to find her sister and mother. Ever since Hope Lord was put in foster care because of her mother’s drug addiction, her hardships started and she had to hit rock bottom before bringing herself to the surface again and tell the whole world she CAN do it.
Marlene Mansour Sabeh currently holds the position of student coordinator at New Bedford High School in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She works closely with teen-age students and is highly familiar with the issues and difficulties associated with that age group. She firmly considers her students to be her strongest inspiration.
With her husband and two children, Marlene Sabeh divides her time between Fall River and the island of Martha’s Vineyard.
"Tell Them You Can" is her second book.voir moins
