In middle school while she was attending Metropolitan Learning Center in Bloomfield, Ct she became addicted to writing and designing. She took up art classes in high school such as Pre A.P. Art and A.P. Art. Lanaya then decided that she wanted to take her art to the next level with illustration and design.
Around her high school junior year, Lanaya began to read a lot more science fiction novels and wanted to create a sci-fi world of her own. So she began to write. Though her first writings were fan fictions of her favorite novels she finished her first original story, Walking with Angels in 2009.voir moins
