She is the co-founder of MissingLogic® which aims to bring Polarity Intelligence—the “missing logic” in leadership—to leaders and organizations, and co-host of Healthcare’s MissingLogic, a podcast that inspires leaders and their teams to perform at their highest level, feel aligned with their purpose, and deliver the highest quality of care.
