She has two older brothers, Austin and Jack Dunlap. She has two children, Parker and Ashley who are her heart. Ashley also has the gift for communicating with the spirits and has shown this since age 3. She now resides in Hurst, Texas with her fiancé Mark Garvin. Mark has two children, Hayley and Josh. Josh resides with Susan and Mark. Susan, Mark and their 3 children are a family built on unconditional love and support of one another. Susan is a strong independent woman who gained her strength through the raising of her mother and father. Her father was her hero and although he passed in 2003 Susan can still feel and hear him from time to time. Susan’s mother Lois Dunlap is her best friend. They share everything and have a rare bond that a lot of mothers and daughters do not have. When Susan is not investigating the paranormal or performing personal readings for people she is busy being a mother of 3 attending all of her children’s school activities and her and Mark focus on family and friends. It is Susan’s passion to help other’s on whatever level they need. Through her readings she has helped many with closure and unfinished business. She believes in family, friends, community and the desire to consistently help those who need it.
