As an inspiration to others, he has overcome blindness and physical disabilities to become an accomplished author, inventor, and poet. J. P. writes by using Morse code from a switch of his own design. Growing up in the lake country of northern Minnesota, J. P. LaRue was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.
