Keith H. Hirokawa is an associate professor at the Albany Law School, where he teaches property, land use, natural resources, and environmental law. He has served the ABA's State and Local Government Section as editor of the Section's electronic newsletter, State and Local Government Law, as chair of the Electronic Communications Committee, as a member of the Section's Council, and as a member of the Advisory Board for the Urban Lawyer. Before joining the faculty at Albany Law School, Hirokawa served as an associate professor on the faculty at Texas Wesleyan School of Law and as an adjunct professor at the University of Oregon School of Law. For the New York State Bar Association, Hirokawa serves as an editor for the New York Environmental Lawyer, the quarterly publication of the NYSBA's Environmental Law Section.voir moins
