Roy McTaggart was born in England in 1933.He went to naval school and later also became a police officer in Rhodesia. He moved to New Zealand in 1959. Married to Alma, they have three children. He is retired and busy rebuilding his house after the Christchurch earthquakes. He has been a keen sportsman all his life.voir moins
