Founded in 1960 by Laurence Graff, the brand – still a family business – became famous from the outset for its stones of exceptional quality. Graff masters the entire production chain, from mining to setting via cutting and polishing. All its jewelry is created by brilliant artisans in its London workshop, which expertly combines traditional techniques and new technologies. Each of the solitaires is based on an exceptional gemstone that shaped the history of the establishment. The Promise line pays tribute to an uncut 603-carat diamond called the Lesotho Promise, discovered in 2006. Then the Icon line is named for the diamond of the same name: over 90 carats of remarkably purity. “,” adds Matthieu Brichet. The most daring souls will opt for colored gems, another specialty from the jeweler, which especially uses some extraordinary yellow diamonds as center-stones. All the creations can be seen at Graff’s two Paris stores.
